Shipping And Handling

For UK orders we use 1st Class post or courier. For international orders we use air mail or courier depending on size/weight of order. Delivery Schedule - We try to send orders as soon as possible but please allow approx. 7- 10 business days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will refund your payment for that item.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free. There is no VAT on orders to the Channel Islands.

International customers are responsible for all customs, import duty and local taxes levied upon their order by the destination country. Such fees and taxes will not be calculated or displayed at checkout as Wildlife Watching Supplies cannot ascertain in advance the amount that will be charged. If the shipment has to be returned because the customer has refused delivery and/or refused to pay the assessed fees, the refund amount paid on return of the order to Wildlife Watching Supplies will be net of any additional delivery charges, duties taxes and miscellaneous fees that were incurred by Wildlife Watching Supplies because of delivery failure.
