Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

We are happy to refund or exchange unused goods within 90 days. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Our products are sold around the world, including countries that are exempt from VAT. Therefore, prices shown on the on-line shop are exclusive of VAT.

Prices shown on the main website include VAT showing the full retail cost to countries where VAT is applicable.
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us within 90 days and we will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Please inform us of your intention to return the unused goods in writing. This can be by e.mail at enquiries@wildlifewatchingsupplies.co.uk or via our 'Contact Us' page. Alternatively by letter to the address below.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund will then be processed and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment used to place your order.

Our policy is to refund the postage cost charged for the original shipping of order but not to reimburse postage costs incurred by customer in returning the item.
